Hello! I’m Britni Voshell, a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. With years of experience in the counseling field, I specialize in providing individual therapy for teens and adults. My approach is person-centered, emphasizing empathy, empowerment, and authenticity.
I believe in creating a warm, supportive, and safe space for my clients to address the challenges of everyday life. I understand that navigating these struggles can be overwhelming, and I’m here to help you find clarity and peace.
As a mom, I know firsthand how busy life can get. I’ve discovered that spending time outside allows me to slow down and regain perspective, even if just for a moment. In today’s fast-paced world, we all need those pauses to recharge.
I look forward to slowing down with you and supporting you on your journey toward wellness.

Benefits include:
I like to think of walk and talk therapy as nourishing your mind, body, and soul all at once.
