What happens during the winter months?

During winter months we will either move our sessions online or in the office. Depending on how the weather is, we could still try to meet outside but this will not be expected.


What about poor weather conditions?

Britni will be checking weather updates prior to sessions and will contact you if weather conditions are not ideal. You can choose to move the session online or reschedule. Cancelling due to weather conditions will not result in a late fee.


Do I have to walk the whole session?

In short, no. It is totally up to you what we do during session. You get to choose if we sit or walk, and you get to choose the pace we walk at.


What happens if I don't want to walk at all?

We can find a park with benches or tables and sit for the duration of the session.


Do sessions always have to be outdoors?

No, you’re welcome to opt for in-person sessions at the office whenever you prefer. If you’re looking to take a break from walking, are unsure if it’s the right fit, or simply feel like meeting in a traditional setting, my office is available for you.
